Delivery Information
From checkout to your doorstep, here is what to expect when your DREAMRON order is prepared and delivered.
UK standard delivery
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Standard UK delivery is free when the basket reaches the threshold displayed on the website.
Express delivery
Where available, express options and expected delivery dates are displayed at checkout. Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed on the following working day.
International delivery
Available destinations, charges and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout. Import taxes or duties may be payable by the recipient depending on local rules.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a link is emailed after dispatch. Tracking can take several hours to become active after the parcel enters the carrier network.
Processing times
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. During launches, promotions and seasonal periods, preparation may take slightly longer.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows a delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check safe places and neighbours before contacting us. Report visible damage as soon as possible.
