About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. Please read them before completing a purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, shades, sizes and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can result in minor differences. Packaging may also change without notice while the formulation and product specification remain equivalent.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment is taken using the method selected at checkout.

Promotions

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to product, date, customer or minimum-spend restrictions. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Products should be used according to their instructions, ingredient information and stated precautions.
